What Causes Discomfort Post Orgasm After Spermacele Removal?

I had a spermacele removed 10 months ago and I stI ll experience discomfort after an orgasm. Seems to diminish after a few days and then comes back after sex. Not sure if the wound is not completely healed and keeps stretching the operated area. Any thoughts advice?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, you may need to have ultrasound of testes and a urologist review to rule out any post surgical scar tissue formation, or adhesion. Minor discomfort may persist for few months but ten months is quite a period.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
