What Causes Discomfort Under The Breast And Numbness On The Back?

I am seeing my doctor tomorrow , but I ve been experiencing discomfort under my breast bone and sturnum. It is on both sides . I ve been getting a vibration, numbness and at times tingling that goes around to my back. And a vibration almost a ringing in my breast . I am a cancer survivor for over 20 years . I had mamoplasty on my right breast 7 years ago . I m diabetic and I m starting to get concerned. I ve been ignoring the symptoms for a while blaming it on wearing an underwire bra . But I think it s something serious .

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I think this may be due to a pinched spinal nerve. Any condition that narrows the space between vertebrae can cause it. You should do an X-ray to see what is the problem.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
