What Causes Discomfort Under The Rib Cage And Excessive Abdominal Gas?

Hello I m 24 years of age and I m a female latina having some now serious discomfort under my left rib cage, with stomach bloat and excessive gas, I burp a lot it use to come and go now its and everyday thing specially after I get done eating, I m vegiterian I don t eat any meat don t consume any late form baking and try to stay away from dairy. I also notice that when I sit or lay down I feel more discomfort, audit does spread to my back and left side. I also do consume a lot of of spicy food.

as per information shared here,for gastritis you can start ppi's, such as rabeprazole once daily empty stomach in morning for 3-4 weeks..have lots of water and avoid spicy food.. also get an ultrasound done to rule out renal stone as pain radiating to back can also be due to that. thanks.. stay healthy..
