You have problem of pain or discomfort at upper right abdomine that may be because of gastritis problem .Liver or gallbladder problem may cause right side pain. You are taking spicy food that may aggravate a condition. Consent a physician for further diagnosis.
You don't mention a intensity and duration of your pain.Gallbladder stone may cause sharp pain at tight upper abdominal region. Abdominal ultra sonography is helpful for further diagnosis.
I hope my guidance is helpful to you. Take care. Thanks.
