What Causes Discomfort Urination Despite Suffering From Hemorrhoids?

I ve got an internal haemorrhoids, using suppositories to treat it. Had it for about 4 years now, evert now and again after ejaculation or a large bowel movement I feel a pinched, uncomfortable feeling in my penis to my prostate. Urinating seems to relieve discomfort. Is this a side affect of the haemorrhoids? 180lbs, 25 years old, 5ft 10inch.
