What Causes Discomfort While Breathing?

i have discomfort when breathing and the feeling that i can’t draw a complete breath. i don t know what this or because of and it s been like this for about a month and a half now and it just seems to be getting worse i ve been to the doctor and they said it s just panic attacks but this doesn t feel like panic attacks could this be something more serious or what could i do to stop it?

hi mam/sir,just relax.i see atleast 1 client a day with similar symptoms.i would like to know some more details so that i can help you better.do you experience any wheeze,cough,does discomfort increase on lying down,any chest pain,are you obese,fever.if you dont have any of the above symptoms,you need not worry and it may be due to anxiety.i suggest my patients with similar symptoms to go for mind relaxation techniques like DEEP BREATHING,PROGRESSIVE MUSCLE RELAXATION,MINDFUL MEDITATION.just go for it.you will have a very positive change and your discomfort will go down for sure.any more issues,always ready to attend.take care.bye.
