What Causes Discomfort While Urinating With Blood After Wiping?

I m a 28 yr old female I ve noticed today that I ve had discomfort towards the ending if my pee flow and then go to wipe and there s light blood stain on the toilet paper I ve been having slight cramps on and off today, I can t hold any liquid for a long time after drinking it I almost immediately have to run to the washroom..what could be the problem?

Kidney or bladder infection may cause blood in urine problems.

Urine test and microscopic examination is helpful for further diagnosis.
