What Causes Discomfortness In The Lower Abdomen?

My 14 year old daughter is having discomfort in the lower right area of abdomen. She says the pain is a 4 and it bothers her when she walks around. She has not had a bowel movement today so I am thinking it is just gas. At what point should I become concerned?

enema with sesame seed oil SOS. this may be due to menarche, in beginning of menstrual cycle girl come across these problem. use caster oil with ginger decoction and consult ayurvedic physician
