What Causes Disorderly Proliferative-endometrium?

Hello I am 30 yrs old. I have been diagnosis of disorderly proliferative-endometrium since 4 months and also I have continuously pain on left uterus side since 3 years. poly cystic ovaries is also diagnosed since 3 years. I took birth-control pills therapy for two time with doctor advice, but still its paining.When i did biopsy and the result is disorderly proliferative-endometrium . Is it dangerous? my endrometrium line is 14 mm thicken. what can I do??? I have just completed 3 months of pilled course but still it doesn t work for me. Any suggestion??
