What Causes Disorientation And Fatigue After A Head Injury?

I dropped a 10 pound weight on my head. Not quite a full drop but almost. I was doing push ups with a ten pound weight in a back pack on my back. I switched to a different type of push up that requires you to lift your butt up high. I went down to do one and the weight slid down my back and hit me right in the back of the skull. So it slid from pretty much my butt to my head. I feel kinda disoriented but it might just be because I am tired and it is the first hot day of the year (+30). I don t know if I m overreacting but I am always extremely wary when it comes to hits to the head. Am I fine?
