What Causes Disorientation And Lack Of Focus?

This morning I could not focus for more than a couple of minutes at a time driving. I barley remember driving to work. I stopped a couple of this to get out of the car and wake up more. It did not work, I drink lots of water but the past few days my Kidneys have barley trickled out urine, I use to pee a lot and with pressure. Seams like pressure is gone. I am not concretioning very well.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

There are many medical conditions that can cause disorientation and lack of focus. I suggest to do some examinations for further evaluation. I recommend a complete blood count, a urine test and an abdominal ultrasound. I also suggest to check the azotemia and creatinine blood level to check the kidney function.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
