What Causes Disorientation And Nausea?

I have recently had severe disorientation, nausea, to the point of taking travel sickness pills to be in bed. Its got much better as I can go out now, but I still get the nausea and slight disorientation. Today I also got a tickly ear right side. I also have tmj? jaw pain right hand side as its been out of line and very painful. If I touch the top of my head, i can feel the pressure go into my ear. Same as back of the neck. why would this be?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi
any temporomandibular joint pain will radiate to ear and cause ear pain too. So if analgesic is taken and ice pack application over tmj will relieve your pain. Regarding disorientation pls visit a neurologist and he may suggest mri brain ..
Wish you a speedy recovery. thank you.
