What Causes Disorientation, Confusion And Dizziness Post Head Injury?

Hi. Iam disoriented and confused and a little dizzy with a good amount of a sleepy feeling,I could fall asleep if I didn t fight it off..this has been an ongoing problem since 1998 after a head injury. How can this be diagnosed and fixed ? Help me please.

Hi,

Cannot say in your particular case at all. The typical context is immediately after an injury, there can be sleepiness and this tends to define what is a concussion. But even 3 months later, it wouldn't fit with a concussion. Serious head injuries should have an MRI.
