What Causes Disturbed Sleep During Nights And Irritation During Day?

Good afternoon doctor, Last few months or year i couldn t sleep properly, i need relax nd rest but in the sleep i am dreaming very bad dreams i can remember the dreams & next morning my body will not be responding or i am not happy with my sleep that is why whole day i am feeling irritation angry.
