What Causes Disturbed Sleep Inspite Of Taking Tylenol?
Hello, for the last 3 night i havent been able to get any sleep. Well, I cant say that I havent slept i have but its has taken me hours to falls alseep and when i finally do i wake up several times. at times i can fall right back to sleep and others it takes a while. This is definately not the norm for me usually i am alseep with in just a matter of minutes and sleep a good 10 hours. I have even resorted in taking some tylenol pm. tonight i havent slept at all. ssassy

Hello,
I think you should train a bit your sleep not sleeping during the day in the sofa and avoiding getting to sleep in sofa. Avoiding coffee and caffeine drinks is good.
