What Causes Dizziness, Abrupt Black Out In Vision And Inner Body Buzzing?

When I stand up whether it s fast or slow I start feeling dizzy then my vision goes black. My whole body feels like it s humming. If I don t grab something I will fall and when the happens my head starts bouncing off the floor. After a little while it stops. This has been happening since I was 15. I m 21

Hi Dear ,

As per your query you have dizziness, abrupt black out in vision and inner body buzzing. Well the symptoms you mention in query are pointing towards a condition known as meniere's disease . Meniere's disease is a disorder of the inner ear . Potential causes or triggers, including Improper fluid drainage , Abnormal immune response , Allergies , Viral infection . It occur as a result of the abnormal volume or composition of fluid in the inner ear. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialis for proper examination . Doctor may order tests like hearing test , balancing test , CT scan and MRI to confirm the diagnosis and rule out conditions like inner ear infection ,diabetic condition or any neurological problem . Doctor may prescribe sedatives , antiemetic drug , antibiotics , steroid and recommend hearing aid or Meniett device . For now take proper rest and avoid bending forward . Take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain .
