What Causes Dizziness Accompanied With Nausea?

I have had dizzy spells for 5 days now and it is accompanied with nausea. Sometimes I see black spots and feel like I m going to just black out but I dont. It happens quite often during the day. What should I do? I don t have a regular doctor and am considering just going to ER.

i think what you are getting is Vertigo which usually sudden and due to abnormal position there will fluid collection in ur inner ear which will cause dizzeness . kindly consult with ent
