What Causes Dizziness After A Cerebral Artery Dist Stroke?

hi 56 white male had left middle cerebral artery dist stroke with no impairments the only problem Iam having is dizziness and i feel like i am in a fog this happenend 2 weeks ago I still do not feel comfortable driving pcp says i am ok to go back to work were driving is 75 percent of job

Its good to hear that the stroke passed without leaving any impairments, its totally normal to feel dizzy since the whole thing is still recent. I would recommend not to go back to your work since its 75 percent driving as you described until you feel perfectly well and able to drive, if your attending physician think you are fit for driving discuss with him or her your concerns.
