What Causes Dizziness After A Head Injury?
I hit my head a couple days ago. It doesn’t hurt at all but there is a small bump. Its on my right side and if I lay on my right side I get kinda dizzy at first and dizzy when I get up. I also get a little dizzy if I hold my head upside down. It doesn’t last long but I want to make sure it’s nothing serious.
