What Causes Dizziness After Altering Atenolol And Tenormin Dosages?
I used to take Atenolol 25 mg ( Tenormin 25mg )........Mondays - Wednesday - Friday......3 tablets a week.....New Doctor increased to DAILY......now I feel dizziness / drowsiness.....could this be low blood pressure....should I take a bit of Salt....?? Should I lower the dosage......Doctor not available for a couple of days......Thanks for a reply ASAP

It may be because of Over dosage of Tab. Atenolol.Just take half tablet every day in morning after breakfast..Monitor your blood pressure daily..
*Never take raw salt..It will harm you.
* Take more liquids like.
*Have warm water.
*Have enough sleep.
*Pls dont be stressed..which affects blood pressure.
