What Causes Dizziness After Consuming Alcohol?

I ve been drinking a lot lately and I had my spleen removed two years ago due to an accident . I start to feel dizzy weak light headed and sick after a binge on alcohol. I ve never felt like this before and I have drank all my life . It lasts for a few days . As soon as I take a break from alcohol I start to feel better but when I start drinking again it takes a few days of drinking and I start feeling sick again . What does this mean ?? I don t have insurance so I can t see a dr.
