What Causes Dizziness After Discontinuing Panadol While On Cytopan?

I am having neck muscular issue. My doc suggested me to take cytopan 50 mg for one week thrice a day. With pandol thrice a day for one week. I stopped pandol after one day. Being very strong for kidneys. But with only cytopan. I feel dizzy. Advice

The dizziness is not much related to taking Panadol or cytopan. The dizziness is related to neck issues possibly spondyloarthrosis.
