What Causes Dizziness After Drinking Coffee?
I sometimes get lightheaded or dizzy when I drink my coffee. I usually drink 1-2 cups a day, but I drink them very slowly throughout the day. i don t drink it everyday either. I read online that it could be the coffee spiking my blood sugar. Is this what it could be? I do not have diabetes. I do, however, take 750 mg of metformin everyday due to my PCOS.

Hello,
Coffee contains a stimulant and that alone can cause dizziness. Best to get rid of it and substitute something that does not give you those side effects
