We woke up to a house full of smoke from the fireplace, it got windy and blew smoke . I feel very dizzy and tired even doing the lightest things today. I want to go to sleep. I am spending most of the time outside today in fresh air. What else should I do?
Exposure to smoke may cause reduced oxygen tension and can cause transient dizziness.
Nothing much to worry and it will settle soon.
No definite treatment is required and all you can do is expose your self to fresh natural air.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
