Hello,

You are suffering from painful intercourse and also dizziness. Dizziness after intercourse is commonly due to hormonal swings, fatigue, breathing changes (hyperventilation), hunger - dehydration (causes low blood glucose level, disturbs electrolyte balance), etc. Other factors that may cause similar symptoms are vertigo, rough - prolonged sex, poor general health condition, changing position too quickly (POTS), etc.

Avoid prolonged strenuous sex at a stretch, avoid alcohol or any type of recreational drugs before sex, before sex make sure that you are adequately hydrated and not empty stomach. Be gentle with yourself and let your partner be gentle with you. Avoid rough sex. Go for penetrative sex only after you are adequately wet. Since you have pain after penetrative intercourse do not allow your partner to go for any type of pervert sex act.

Take home made food rich in minerals and fluids adequately to compensate for dehydration and low blood glucose or low BP. You can take Vertin-16, twice daily for 5-7 days to get rid of dizziness. Painful intercourse is commonly due to dyspareunia, vulvodynia, muscle spasm, nerve injury or irritation, hypersensitivity to yeast infection, genetic factors that make the vulva respond poorly to chronic inflammation, sexually transmitted diseases, etc.

You are suggested to take naproxen or Combiflam, one SOS when needed. Rinse your vulva with cool water after you pee or have sex. Wear loose-fitting pants and skirts. Avoid perfumed creams or soaps, pads or tampons, and contraceptive creams or spermicides. Get clinically examined by an ENT to rule out vertigo.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
