What Causes Dizziness After Sneezing?
when I sneeze I get dizzy and see stars, this only happened after I had ottis media effusion a few years back which caused my balance to become off balance badly. My right ear still does not have full hearing capability and I my equilibrium is sometimes off balance.

You have rightly pointed out, otitis media history suggests a hole in the middle ear. So a balance between inner and outer are not maintained. That causes dizziness after sneezing. You have to keep woollen in the ear for maintaining pressure. Don't allow water or high-velocity air in the ear. Your ear hole will heal naturally with proper care.
