Hi,

Briviact can cause dizziness in some persons and if there were no other changes, it could definitely be the cause of your symptoms. It would be best, however, to let your doctor know about the symptoms that you are experiencing and the fact that you needed to stop the medication so that this can be documented. He or she may be able to suggest an alternative if the trileptal does not work well for you.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
