What Causes Dizziness After Taking Celexa?

Hello, I ve recently been on metoprolol for blood pressure for almost 3 weeks. I was prescribed celexa for anxiety and omeprezole for indigestion a week ago. I took two doses of celexa and have been dizzy ever since could all all this medication be causing my dizziness?

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Omeprazole causes increased levels of celexa by affecting the breakdown of the medication in the body.

Celexa can cause dizziness so that if the levels of medication are increased then it is possible that you may have more dizziness.
You may want to consider another medication to help with your reflux.

Pantoprazole and aciphex do not have this interaction.

I hope this helps
