General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Antihypertensive some time causes the dizziness if the dose of it is not correct or if it is not hypertension, besides this underlying cause of dizziness is the main concern, most of the time it is due to vestibular dysfunction.

Here very little information is given, you have not mentioned the name of the tablet which is 5 mg and 10 mg, no clinical information is given, your detail query will be appreciated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
