What Causes Dizziness After Taking Increased Dosages Of Methylphenidate And Fluoxetine?

My son increased his medication of methylphenidate er 36mgs to 54 mgs. He takes a booster of 10 mgs at 1pm and he increased his fluoxetine from 30 mgs to 40 mgs and he is dizzy and his leg and hand has been shaking. I m not sure which medication is causing this. Should I put him back to 36 mgs of methyphenidate and 30 mgs of flouoxetine hcl?
