What Causes Dizziness After Taking Whey Protein?

hi i just started taking whey proetin, and have started to feel a bit dizzy when I took it the first time, The second time was a bit better. But I am not sure of the quantity I should take, on the packaging it suggests 60ml with 125ml water, but should I reduce my proetin intake.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Any foreign protein can cause some sort of allergy on initial uptake. You can reduce the quantity to half and then slowly increase. That will help you to tolerate it better.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
