What Causes Dizziness Along Excessive Sweating And Headache?
I have been dizzy today and fainted and fell twice getting up this afternoon. Iv e had sweats and a headache. I have drunk cranberry juice this morning after breakfast about 1 quart, and felt like I had low sugar after drinking it. The dizzyness is associated with getting up. I am very thirsty and now am drinking lots of water. Do you have any comments? Bob

Your symptoms are suggestive of hypoglycemic episode.
However, before starting IV Dextrose we have to confirm hypoglycemia.
So get RBS checked first. Besides dehydration and electrolyte imbalance can also cause such symptoms. So get blood pressure and serum electrolytes also checked.
