What Causes Dizziness Along With Blurred Vision And Excessive Sweating?
Ive had these episodes where I all of a sudden get super dizzy, blurred vision, very sweaty, clammy, cold, about to throw up, or I do throw up and have diearria. Its very severe. I leave work, and just lay down but it takes hours before it passes. It been on my first day of my period. What does this mean?
If this is happening on the first day of your period, it is due to hypoglycemia, anemia or low blood pressure. Take nourishing food, iron tonic (Hemfer) once daily & keep yourself well hydrated, take ORS, soups & juices.
Take high protein & calcium rich diet. You can also take vitamin supplements. Other causes are dehydration, sleep deprivation, hypothyroidism or drug abuse. To stop diarrhea take Lopermide or Bismuth subsalicylate. Avoid junk oily food, take boiled food for a couple of days.
Get a general health check up & investigations done. Get treated, take care.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
