What Causes Dizziness Along With Burning Sensation On The Head?

when i move, things moved faster than as usual. I have had dizziness some weeks now . when i eat or drink and the food start digesting, i feel very weak and dizzy when burning sensation on my right head. What is causing this problem.? Now i cant go to work and my movement is not study.

As you mentioned you have problem of burning sensation in head that may be because of nerve compression problem or other reasons.
Detail history and investigation give exact idea about problems.

Ct scan and MRI can done for further diagnosis.
Start a treatment as per reason behind it..
Consult a neurologist for further diagnosis.
Mention a intensity and duration of pain with aggravating factor.
