What Causes Dizziness Along With Chest Pain And Rapid Heart Beat?
Hi doctor, I have been battling with dizziness (light headedness). I have undergone typhoid and plasmodium test and are all negative. I have taken series of medication but am still not ok. It at times cones with pains around my chest and heart and times my heart beats faster and louder. What could be wrong with me?

I really appreciate your concern, it could be vertigo and it may be due to vestibular dysfunction and it can be well managed with Tab Betahistine 8 mg three times in day, it is better to get done the CT of brain it is just for safe side hope this information helps.
