What Causes Dizziness Along With Ear Congestion And Facial Pain?
My son, who is a 33 year old, black male, just called me stating he has been experiencing dizziness, lightheadedness, clogged ears and pain in his facial jaw for several weeks. Saw a doctor today, was assessed, had a CT scan but stated he could not find anything wrong. He is a vegan, does not smoke (anything) or drink alcohol. Don t know if this is important or not but he and his wife are art teachers in Shenzhen, China. Also, other than being his mother I am a nurse. please advise. I looked up the symptoms and saw numerous things it could be, but not being there with him as well as not being a doctor, we need advice.

Ear congestion can cause dizziness as maintaining balance is one of the main function of the ear and facial nerve also passes closely along the structure of the ear. It is very difficult dear to diagnose, but I do advise a prompt ENT consultation.
