What Causes Dizziness Along With Excessive Sweating?
I get dizzy then breakout in a tremdous sweat. I then get nauseous and throw up. This has happened five times in the last 6 months. The first time I went to the hospital because I thought I was having a heart attack. They did all kinds of tests and said it was not my heart. I don t know what else to do.
The cause cab be a. Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo b. Internal ear problem c. Arrhythmia d. Vestibular neuronitis e. Electrolyte imbalance Advice 1. Take bed rest for few days 2. Cinnarizine (tablet Vertigon) 25 mg every 8 hours orally on fresh onset of dizziness until subsidence of symptoms 3. Betahistine (tablet Vertin) 8 mg every 8 hours orally on fresh onset of dizziness until subsidence of symptoms 4. Investigations a. MRI of brain b. ECG Consult a neurophysician for follow up Thanks
