What Causes Dizziness Along With Fainting Post Tanning?
Hi there I went for a sunbed tonight (I have been going for weeks now) and had this sudden sickly feeling followed by light headness which forced me to get out and collapse to the floor. I had to sit for a few minutes to regain strength to get dressed and stand up. What caused this? I had been eating and drinking plenty water all day.

it could be a sudden vasovagal or syncopal attack., caused usually due to sudden decrease in blood supply to the heart
it can be more common after such activities, which ceases after you lie down flat for a while, or by taking rest.
if recurrent please check out with your sugar levels,& electrolytes.
