What Causes Dizziness Along With Fatigue And Burning Sensation In The Chest?

My symptoms for the last 4 to 5 weeks...dizziness when I first stand up/extreme fatigue/a burning sensation in upper chest on left and right/burning made worse when I raise my arms/burning and shortness of breath when I walk uphill or up steps I had this issue about 8 years ago and had a complete heart work up...no problems were found. This episodes have continued over the years, but they usually only last a few days. This episode has been constant for weeks. I m so fatigued I can t do everyday things like water plants or do laundry.
