What Causes Dizziness Along With Fatigue And Excessive Sweating?

I often feel light-headed, fatigued, and sweat excessively. I also have burning pains where my chest is and have recently noticed my hair falling out. I had Kawasaki s Disease when I was young, but thankfully, it was cured. However, I was worried about the above symptoms, and thought that perhaps there was another disease I should worry about.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

In my opinion, it is advisable to visit a physician and get a thyroid profile test done. Hormonal imbalance can lead to such symptoms.

Since you have a history of Kawasaki disease its advisable to visit a physician and get an Electrocardiogram and echocardiography to rule out any heart problems or complications that were caused due to the disease even though you got cured since Kawasaki disease affects the blood vessels of the heart and skin of the body.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Riyanka Chail, General & Family Physician
