What Causes Dizziness Along With Headache And Abdominal Pain?
I started to get dizzy 3 days ago, yesterday I was dizzy, started getting a headache that finally went away when my fever broke, i m having stomach pain and it causes me to be nauseous every now and then and i ve lost my appetite unless it s sweets.

Possible intestine infection with some sort of bug as bacteria or virus. Need basic lab tests with complete blood counts, ESR, serum Widal and stool microscopy test for precise management guidelines.
