What Causes Dizziness Along With Headache And Fatigue?

Over the past few days I have had an increased amount of dizziness, headache, and fatigue. I stopped my celexa 40mg cold turkey one week ago. I have had a flu vaccine but have been battling respiratory congestion (mostly nasal passages and throat) for several weeks. I am overweight 6 250 lbs and drink several sodas a day. I have had pains in my right upper abdominal quadrant (under my ribcage) for over a year but when I had an ultrasound they said it was fatty liver. Is this likely the celexa, cold/flu, dehydration, or something else.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

In my opinion, your current symptoms are mostly due to cold.
Cold is caused by viral infection (influenza).
And these kind of symptoms, headache dizziness, weakness, fatigue etc are commonly seen with viral infection.
Usually these are self limiting in 1-2 weeks.
So drink plenty of fluids orally.
Do warm water gargles and steam inhalation 4-5 times a day.
Take simple painkiller like paracetamol or ibuprofen.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
