What Causes Dizziness Along With Headaches?

What can cause dizziness, faint feeling, bad headaches, not left but right arm tingling and it falling a sleep and also feeling like you are in a fog? All of the above will go on at the same time. Take a 3 hour nap and all will lighten up for awhile. Had neck surgery about a year ago after a being rear ended in the car and all this started showing up after I had the surgery and no doctor can find anything ????????? One doctor said one off the screws in my neck my be in to far

I think your conditions related to the history of accident that made you had to undergone neck surgery.
Dizziness along with bad headaches can be triggered with many conditions with or without the disorder in the organ, yes hormonal can be related to, also high blood pressure, etc.

Here's what you can do:
1. Do not stress
2. Try to bear the pain
3. Do relaxation, you can choose yoga or Tai chi
4. Drink chamomile tea
5.Limit dairy and salty food

Consult to your doctor for further examinations.
