What Causes Dizziness Along With Heart Flutters While On Oxycodone?
I have been on pain medication for years Oxycodone 5 milligrams now all the sudden when I take it my head I get very dizzy my head feels weird and I have fluttering of my heart it feels like I m going to pass out and I noticed this occurs about 45 minutes after I take my pain medication why is this now happening thank you so much

You have to rule out underlying cardiac cause as per mentioned history.
For that, you need to investigate with EKG for primary work up.
