What Causes Dizziness Along With Nausea And Excessive Sweating?
Yesterday I was driving to the YMCA and had an episode where it was like I was watching me do something else. It felt like I had done this before but I wasn t doing this. I feel dizzy, nauseous and sweaty. It happened again later. I took a couple of aspirin when I got home, ate, slept well and it hasn t happened again.

The symptoms you describe can be cause by many medical conditions like a systemic infection, metabolic problems....But in most of the cases, you will not feel better so suddenly.I advice you take what happened off your mind, stay calm, rest well and eat well.If it happens again, then a visit to the Doctor for investigation will be good.
