Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
First of all you need to get your blood pressure checked regularly. High or low blood pressure can cause such giddiness episodes. You need to see your doctor and see what is the appropriate dosage of medications you require. You also need to get your blood sugars checked. High or low blood sugars can cause such episodes. Even when you are taking anti-diabetic medications, care has to be taken so that you will not go into hypoglycemia which will typically present with nausea, sweating etc.
Get your heart checked with ECG, ECHO, TMT etc. Get your eye tested for symptoms of diabetic or hypertensive complications like retinopathy. That may be the reason for your symptoms in the eye.
I suggest you to consult a doctor and get evaluated in detail.

Dr Sanjay Kini
