Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Dizziness Along With Nausea And Fatigue?
Why am I dizzy and nauseous all the time. Getting weaker and very fatigued as well. hx of hypothyroidism, but they say not enough to treat with medication. eating gluten free has given some relief, but these other symptoms persist. Also have odd rashes on my legs which come and go-red and irregular shaped. A lot of confusion and forgetfulness. I literally am sick and tired of being sick and tired. These things have been going on since my birth of twins almost four years ago and have increased in severity to where I am having trouble living a normal daily life. Open to any thoughts/suggestions. Thank you!!!
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Thyroid hormones play an important role at mental state, also twin birth has affected you too. Get the thyroid hormones levels and full blood count to see thrombocyte level too checked. I suggest you have a psychiatrist consultation, because it has passed a lot of time living with those worries.
Best regards.
