What Causes Dizziness Along With Nausea And Sweating?

I have had a head cold for weeks now. Today I got home from work and was dizzy on and off. Then I started sweating profusely. Then I was in the bathroom feeling nauseous and defecating. Finally it passed. The main thing is profuse sweating and dizzyness.

I do understand your pain and discomfort.
As per your history is concerned please follow step wise-:
1)Check ur vital sign [BP,Pulse,RR rate,Temp]
2)Check detailed physical signs [neuro+cardio vascular] by your local doctor and record it.
3)Do ECG/ECHO if stress [ECG] abnormal go for angiogram test to ruled out any blockage
4)Do CBC with differential and correct anemia if low HB% in IRON SUCROSE injection
5)Check your FBS & TSH level
