For breakfast I had 2 cups of coffee and felt fine until after I ate a piece of cake with a lot of frosting. I am not diabetic.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Dizziness, nausea and tingling in the arms is commonly due to medical conditions like Migraine, BP issues, pinched nerves, carpal tunnel syndrome, DM (hypo or hyper), developing peripheral neuropathy or stroke.

You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP, get all blood & Imaging tests done to detect the pathology causing the discomfort. In the meantime take vitamin B6, B12 & mineral rich food or take supplements. Avoid sedentary lifestyle, do exercises. Cut on smoking, caffeine, alcohol & addictions if any.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
