What Causes Dizziness Along With Nausea?

Hello. I felt very sick last night quite suddenly. I came home and went straight to bed with a light head and a dizzy sensation. This morning the nausea had gone, but the light headed feeling remained and I have had prickly skin also. This has happened before. I don't know if I'm allergic to something or perhaps having some kind of anxiety. Any advice gratefully received.

Please consult your doctor for evaluation and blood pressure monitoring.
Take paracetamol tablet for headache.
Take tablet domstal for nausea.
Take light diet whole the day.
Take proper rest.
